Yoga offers many physical
and mental health benefits
it relives anxiety, de stress’s and calms the mind, increases cognitive function, concentration and gives you more energy, it re connects you with nature and the universe.
It also strengthens the body and improves flexibility improving balance reducing stiffness and giving better stability. It can improve back, joint and arthritis pain, change body shape, aid weight loss and even help you sleep better.
Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, as modifications are offered during all classes to make them more accessible for everyone.
Our Yoga styles include
Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and chair based classes.
Hatha flow classes focus on moving the body slowly and deliberately into poses that challenge both strength and flexibility whilst focusing on relaxation and mindfulness so perfect for beginners.
Vinyasa flow classes are coordinated movements focusing on the breath, they are uniquely designed with no pauses between poses making it dynamic and energetic, but still relaxing and mindful.
Chair Yoga is both safe and effective. It gives you all the benefits that a normal yoga practice does, despite any limitations you may have, it can help you feel stronger, increase flexibility, and improve proprioception. It may also benefit you if you have trouble moving through the up and down motions of traditional yoga, allowing you to stay safe and stabilised.
Yin Yoga is a slow paced style that targets deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments and joints, by holding poses for longer, using props like bolsters and blocks creating a calm and restorative experience.

Wednesday 10:00 till 11:00am in the Studio Minstead.
New class starting on 11th of March;
Wednesday 12:00 till 1:00pm Bartley Village Hall.
Wednesday 6:00 till 7:00pm at Copythorne Parish Hall.
Thursday 10:00 till 11:00am Chair Yoga, British Legion Hall Cadnam. (Indoor only)
Thursday 6:00pm British Legion Hall Cadnam.
Drop in classes are £11 each or Bundle deals are available at £36 for x4 sessions = £9 per class.
Outdoor sessions run between May and September on alternate weeks, sessions are weather dependant and revert to indoor sessions if bad weather is predicted.
if these dates and times do not suit you please subscribe below letting me know your preferred day and time as I am looking to expand on the classes offered.
Children over 10 are also welcome to these classes.
We also offer 1 to 1 and buddy classes from the comfort of your own home (you + up to 2 friends), please call or email to book these sessions as a free consultation is provided before booking to asses your personnel requirements.

About me
Hi my name is Emma and I am a YTT 200 Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher, as well as teaching I love to run, walk, cycle and swim in the sea, basically I love to be in the great outdoors.
My other passion is for music all types and genres and I often have soft melodic tunes playing during my classes, it is very soothing and can actually help with your practice, just as the great yogi BKS Iyengar said ” Yoga is like music, the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul creates the symphony of life.” Couldn’t have put it better myself.
